Las Brisas by TRS

The view is beautiful and the location is perfect, but Condo #206 was falling apart for what we paid. The patio door wouldn't lock. We called, were told maintenance would come fix it, but they never did. The owner said not to worry, but it isn't his valuables that could be stolen. Water leaked through the ceiling in several places and soaked the floor, so we put down towels. When we called, they said they'd get to it when they could. The microwave kept tripping circuits, the refrigerator water wasn't cold and it made no ice, and the washer needed to be switched to drain/spin after washing before we could use the dryer. The showers were gross and the water pressure was lousy.

We had a lovely stay and would absolutely come back. The condo had loads of room for our family of five, and the beds and sofas were comfortable. The showers were great too, with filtered water that heated up quickly. The big window gave us a phenomenal beach view, and the condo is right next to the beach. The water looked pretty clear, the beach wasn't busy, and there were lots of pretty shells. The clean pool goes up to six feet, and there were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it.

The building was well kept, and our spacious condo had everything we needed to cook at home. We had a blast staying there and felt close to all the entertainment.

Lovely view, a great pool, and the condo worked really well for our group. The place itself was nice, but the floors were filthy. We had to get the housekeeper to mop, and definitely didn't walk around barefoot.
