We booked unit 206, and it was really nice, with four beach chairs and an umbrella that came in handy. Every unit faces the ocean, and there’s a nice pool and jacuzzi, plus corn hole, covered outdoor seating, and a grill. John’s Pass is a quick drive away, or you can walk.

There are lots of good restaurants and shops nearby, and we especially appreciated the plentiful parking under the condo because it kept the car cool. The facilities were clean and well kept. We loved staying here and will definitely be back.

We’d stay here again. Our fourth-floor end unit was clean and comfortable, with great views, a roomy living area and kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our things. The pool area had plenty of chairs and two small cabanas for shade. There’s a nice pool and outdoor space, plus a massive hot tub that we skipped because of the heat. Parking includes both covered spaces and an open lot. It’s limited to two cars, but the lot was never full or crowded. There’s plenty to do both north and south along Gulf Boulevard. John’s Pass is worth a stop for shopping and food, and just past it there’s a Publix with everything you need for groceries and more. Lots of restaurants to suit different tastes and budgets.

With people still making noise in the pool after closing, the gate slamming whenever someone came or went, and the ground-floor stairway door slamming too, I barely got any sleep.

The seventh-floor Gulf view was amazing, and there was plenty of parking even when the place was full. Each rental gets two spaces. The condo has strict standards for the owners to maintain around design, function, and cleanliness. There’s a nice pool and grill area, and a massive hot tub open until 12:45 am. You’ll find about a dozen good places to eat within walking distance in either direction on Gulf Blvd. Make a point of visiting John's Pass, then find a divey joint on the boardwalk past Caddy's. You’ll know it when you see it. Order the incredibly expensive lobster roll. You’ll probably grab another one to eat while watching the sunset on the way back. You’re welcome. Worth it. ...and that's all I got to say about that.
