Kathy at the front desk was especially kind and quick to help, and the other employees were just as pleasant. The internet was fast, and the room had a big TV, a comfortable bed, and clean sheets. The whole building, inside and out, looks nearly brand new, and everything was clean. Really nice place!

Our U-Haul broke down, and they let us stay past checkout, which we really appreciated. The room was spotless when we arrived, and every worker we met was hardworking, respectful, and wonderful to deal with. We were sad to leave and will miss the staff. For cleanliness and customer service, this is honestly the best place we've stayed. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The hallways smelled bad, and we heard noise most of the night. We chose a weekly rate because it was supposed to be cheaper, but Sabrina didn't give us that rate. She also charged an extra $2 per day for fresh linens we never received. When I asked for a receipt, she said it would be emailed, but nothing ever came. I tried again and got the same answer. I then called corporate as directed, and they told me to contact WoodSpring Suites, but nothing was resolved. On May 30, Andrew told me he was the new GM, though Choice corporate says he's in billing, and he couldn't help either. We're out about $100 in fees we didn't expect, and I think the place may respond to this review with a lie. This is not the best place we've stayed, and I'll never stay at a Choice hotel again. If you're considering it, the Rodeway Inn across the street is cheaper and has upfront pricing without hidden fees, though it doesn't have a kitchenette and is a little run down. Still, it was so much better for us.

For the price, I couldn't have asked for more. The staff were so kind and helpful, and they greeted my dog happily every day and gave him treats each time. It's very dog friendly.
