Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison

On my second overnight stop here, I again found it easy to reach from the interstate, with a gas station right there as you head in or out. The local touches in the lobby are great, and my son liked the little photo prop. They also have local wines, and I really enjoyed the outdoor fire area. It’s an excellent IHG location, and I know it’ll be clean and quiet. They go the extra mile, so it’s worth stopping at.

We came for a swim meet at Spire, and getting on and off the interstate for the quick 10 minute drive was easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even opened breakfast at 6am on the weekend to fit the swim schedule. There was a good hot spread in the morning, including pancakes, eggs, meat, and continental pastries. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the whole hotel was clean. Free laundry for guests was a nice surprise. I’d highly recommend staying here.

After a tough day, we checked in with our crew for three rooms and were met by a staff and hotel atmosphere that felt amazing. I can’t believe how much the team cares. It was the best Holiday Inn stay I’ve ever had, and the decorations looked awesome too.

We booked several rooms for my son’s wedding a couple of weekends ago, and the director of sales was organized and quick to respond. When plans changed at the last minute, she even called me on Saturday morning. The front desk team couldn’t have been friendlier, and the hotel was clean and newly remodeled. It was also a great price and close to the wedding venue. They made the weekend enjoyable and gave us one less thing to worry about. I’d give the service 10 stars if I could. Thanks!
