AVE Malvern

We’re two months in and loving the upgraded kitchen. The apartment is the best we've had. The gym is beautiful, there are private workspaces, and the community always has great events. Everyone's helpful, and Remi went above and beyond to coordinate everything and make the whole process smooth.

I needed a temporary place, and Ave Malvern came through for me. Nora and the office team were always friendly and quick to respond. I only wish I'd been there in summer so I could enjoy the lovely pool. They’re great to work with for a short stay or a longer rental.

We stayed for a month while getting settled in our new home, and it worked out really well. Nora and the rest of the staff were cooperative and helpful the whole time. The apartment had the essentials, plenty of space, and a nice balcony view. The amenities were good, too. It's in a great spot, about a five-minute drive from everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better temporary home.

Our apartment is cozy and furnished nicely, though a little dated. The kitchen has basic supplies, but they did the job for a short stay. The common areas are attractive and well cared for, with a pool, gym, and several conference rooms. Residents are friendly, and the staff have made us feel at home from day one. We found The Ave while trying to sort out housing as our new home is being built, and we’re glad we did. The reservation was easy, with no long lease, and the leasing staff stayed patient and responsive even when I changed our move-in date several times. It was a relief to find a place that felt right during a stressful transition.
