We come back every year, and it always leaves us with good memories. There’s room for our whole family of six, including spouses, and it still feels cozy. The old-school fireplace and huge dining table are great, and there’s even an upstairs room for the parents. Vons and the villa are just down the street, and Bus 15 stops right outside the condo. I absolutely love this place 💖

The bus stop just outside is handy, and some units are really well maintained inside. The units are older and parking is a bit limited. It feels better than a 3-star place, though I’m not quite ready to give it 4 stars.

We had a lovely time at Arkanda. It’s in a central spot near town, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Unit 31 was clean and well appointed, with a cool bunk room and room to sleep 10. There’s laundry available, plus an indoor pool and spa. It’s about 3 minutes from shopping in the lower part of Mammoth Lakes and around 10 minutes from the base of Mammoth. Parking is tight, though, with only two spaces per unit.

Upstairs there’s a refrigerator, freezer, and sink, while the first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom has a TV. It’s a lovely two-story building with a balcony.
