We’ve stayed at Fireside at the Village year after year, and it’s a wonderful condo for my wife and me. The secured parking is a big plus, and it’s easy to get to from the main road. Inside, it’s always clean and well stocked with amenities. Mammoth Brewery is right next door, and the village gondola is a short walk away. My one small complaint is that some ceiling lights started buzzing after being on for more than 5 minutes. We turned them off to avoid getting a headache from the constant noise. Maybe something’s wrong with the electrical connections?

We enjoyed our stay at Fireside 114. The owner communicated well and helped us sort out parking after I forgot to print the parking pass. We also liked the comfortable mattress, well-appointed kitchen, underground parking, and short walk to the Village. The furnishings and kitchen are relatively older, but the things we liked outweighed that for us.

Tracy is excellent at communicating, and coffee was provided, which was a nice extra. The condo is charming and in a perfect location. We highly recommend it, and it’ll be our first choice whenever we come to Mammoth!

Unit #114 is roomy, clean, and comfortable, with all amenities included. It’s just steps from the gondola, and the pool and hot tub are great. Heated underground parking was an extra bonus. We had a great experience, will recommend it to friends, and definitely plan to return.

This was our 4th stay at The Fireside, in unit 112, and we love how close it is to the village and the Gondola to Canyon lodge. The condo is pet friendly, very clean, and nicely and comfortably furnished. It has everything we need in the kitchen, bath, and bedroom, plus a wood burning fireplace with wood supplied, a BBQ, fast wifi, great TVs, and an on site manager, Dan, who can help with any issues. Check what they provide before packing: shampoo, soap, paper goods, coffee, coffee filters, and more. Not many vacation rentals supply so much, and we really appreciated finding a brand new toothbrush under the bathroom sink when we realized we’d forgotten ours. We don’t have kids, but there’s ping pong, a pool table, and a fuze ball table above the pool and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is perfect after a great day of skiing. My favorite thing about #112 is watching the morning sunrise through the living room windows. Beautiful! Thank you, Tracy. Hopefully we’ll be back before snow season ends or when mountain bike season starts.
