Our condo was spacious and well equipped, and Horizons 4 Condos is wonderfully convenient for everything in Mammoth Lakes. Vacasa handled the reservation professionally, communicated well, and made check-in easy. A few small maintenance fixes would help, but nothing major, and they didn’t take away from our enjoyment.
The jacuzzi has been a huge disappointment. It hasn’t worked for months, and for much of the past couple of months it hasn’t even had water. Yet they have time to put green tags on cars when they can’t find a parking pass, even though people are legally renting there and there are plenty of spaces.
The buildings feel dated and need renovating. The hot tub didn’t work on the first day, then stayed only lukewarm, and the jets were useless, just splashing water out of the tub. I probably won’t stay again.
The cabin was very nice, and the hot tub was huge.
A really nice place.
