Mammoth Green Condos

We paid $894 for two nights and expected somewhere clean, nice, and quiet, but that wasn't our experience. A leak from the fridge left the kitchen floor wet, with wet rags on it throughout our stay. Outside, a beep sounded every five seconds day and night and never stopped. We couldn't enjoy having the windows or doors open, and we still heard it clearly at night with the windows shut. We called the service line and sent several emails, but the issue wasn't fixed. All we got was an apology. Last Saturday, they told us to wait until Monday for someone to handle our request for a partial refund for the inconvenience. A week and two follow-up emails later, nothing had been done beyond more apologies.

These clean, peaceful apartments are next to a golf course and close to the mountain for easy access to snowing. Soaking in the hot tub while snow flurried was a highlight.

We were here for skiing and made a point of using the hot tub each day to soak our tired bodies.
