It’s a spacious, nice property, but it isn’t maintained. The windows and bathroom outlets didn’t work, and when I reported it, they expected me to fix things myself. Nobody came to help, and management never responded to our requests. The place was dirty and had a strong, bad smell that didn’t seem clean.

We parked the car once and got around on the local shuttle, and the maintenance staff did a great job clearing snow. Our condo was fabulous, with lovely views across the valley and plenty of space for our family of four. It can sleep up to 10, and I’d recommend #37 if you can get it. Eagle Lodge is very convenient from here.

Through Airbair, we rented condo 52. The price was reasonable, and the place was clean and very comfortable.

The biggest drawback for me was getting to the lift. The complex is near Eagle lift, but it’s downhill and a full bus stop away, so it’s a decent walk or you have to wait for the bus. Austria Hof incorrectly listed the location as near Canyon Lodge when we rented through them, so don’t rely on that. Service is blank from me because our rental agreement didn’t include room service. Inside, the condo had 8 beds and was clean, with plenty of plates, pots, and utensils. We managed to host a couple of dinners, and the Dishwasher made cleanup easy. There was lots of firewood but no kindling, which made starting a fire difficult. Bring kindling or an axe. The TVs were fine, the stereo was labeled for plugging in an iphone, and there were lots of board games. Towels and washcloths covered all eight of us, though there were no separate Jacuzzi towels, so bring your own. A good place otherwise, just farther from the lift than I prefer.
