We stayed in February 2021 and paid about $193 a night. The location was great, with plenty of shopping within walking distance, and we loved the Coffee Latte from Black Velvet Coffee Shop. Parking in the garage was free, and the staff were attentive. The room was decent and functionally furnished, with a King bed and a Sofa Sleeper. The King bed was very comfortable, though the sofa sleeper wasn't. The bathroom was clean and worked fine. Other guests were active all night, and sound carried easily through the building, making a good night's rest harder.

The friendly, helpful front desk and clean linens and towels made for a good stay. The decor felt dated, but the room was much larger than I expected and quite comfortable. It had a portable air conditioner, and there was also a nice common room. Thankfully, noise wasn't much of an issue.

We woke to a spectacular view of the mountains, from a spot at 2,400 meters surrounded by beautiful scenery. Parking was convenient and covered, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The large rooms were clean and had a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, sink, dishes, and glasses. Breakfast is served in a very nice, spacious room, but the food selection wasn't very varied and needs a lot of improvement.

Back for my fourth visit, and Rusty & Yessica were friendly as always. I like the upgrades they're making in the rooms. It's an old, dated building, but it's clean, the rooms are big, and they have a mini kitchenette. There's also continental breakfast if you want it, plus plenty of free underground parking. All the staff were great and friendly, both when I booked by phone and during my four-night stay at the end of February. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the village, or you can catch the free bus outside the lodge to the gondola or ski area. Old town is easy to get to as well. This is my place to stay for ski season now. Thanks for making it welcoming. See you next month! ⛷🐰

We had a two-room suite for our group, and there was almost more space than we needed. It was clean, roomy, and had a lot of useful extras beyond what you'd expect at a motel. The heater ran too hot, and since we couldn't figure out how to lower it, we had to open the windows a bit. Still, that wasn't a deal breaker.
