Unit 39 was clean and beautiful, but the stay could have been better. We arrived in the late afternoon and found the master bedroom ceiling fan wasn't working. Customer service walked us through their usual troubleshooting, but it didn't fix it. Fortunately, we found a couple of portable fans in the closet, so it wasn't too bad. The condo has no AC, which may have been mentioned in the description or contract, but we missed it. If something needs repair, call early, or you may have to wait until the next morning for someone to come. I also didn't understand why the checkout list asked us to take out the trash and strip the beds when we'd already paid a $145 departure cleaning fee.
