Sunshine Village Condominiums

There's plenty of towels and blankets, and the decor is clean and simple, with uncluttered rooms that feel fairly separate. The only awkward thing for me was how close one of the bathroom toilets is to the door. Otherwise, perfecto!

The complex sits beside the golf course, with nice views in summer and open snowfields in winter. It's also close to the Vons shopping area, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The on-site manager is great, and the pool, hot tub, laundry, and game room are consistently clean and well kept. In winter, snow gets cleared quickly, so parking and walking around the complex are easy.

The sleeping setup worked well for us, with one bed, a loft, and two bathrooms. We knew condo #136 would be rustic and a little old, so the 70s linoleum, carpet, and dated cabinets didn't bother us. The owner really should replace the old coffee maker and the CRT television and VCR, though. We stayed just after Christmas 2014.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light from all the windows. The condo has a nice cabin feel and is decorated well, with a large TV too, though in Mammoth I hope most people are spending time outside. It's just down the street from the main road. No complaints.
