After a truck breakdown and a really rough day, staying here turned things around for us. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was outstanding, and the kitchen staff deserve credit. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance.

After a concert, my husband and I stayed the night here. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view, and we really enjoyed breakfast. The staff were kind and accommodating. We'll stay here again for future concerts at Jiffy Lube Live! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I emailed the manage about what happened on 6/2, and still haven't received a reply. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're attending an important event in the area. I had requested an early check in when I booked and repeated the request a couple of days before my stay. I arrived around 2:40pm, and the front desk attendant said my room would be ready in 30 minutes. I was disappointed but thanked them and waited in the lobby. Around 3:15pm, I asked again. A different attendant also said 30 minutes. When I explained I'd already waited that long, she didn't apologize or offer to help, just said they were busy. I told her I had a wedding to get ready for and had requested early check in, then asked if I could use another room to get ready. She said no and offered no solution. Meanwhile, I saw people who had arrived after me checking into rooms that were ready. With no other option, I had to get ready in the lobby bathroom while wedding guests were coming in and out to use it. It was deeply embarrassing for me and uncomfortable for them. I finished around 4:10pm and asked the desk for a third time if my room was ready. I was finally able to go up, but only had time to drop off my bags before rushing to the event. This was completely unacceptable. Check in was at 3pm, and I arrived at 2:40pm, so why couldn't I get to my room until after 4pm? Why didn't anyone apologize or try to find a solution instead of saying they were busy and leaving me to get ready in the bathroom?
