Hampton Inn & Suites Manistee Waterfront

Being able to step outside and reach Lake Michigan in just a few steps made the stay memorable. The shoreline, views, and fresh lake air were a big bonus. We also liked the location near downtown Manistee, the riverwalk, local shops, and beaches. It felt peaceful while still being convenient, whether you come for business or leisure. From arrival on, the staff were warm, professional, and focused on making things comfortable and easy. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and our modern, spacious room felt fresh, comfortable, and quiet. The beds were excellent and amenities were thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was complimentary, well stocked, organized, and had a great variety. Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Manistee, Michigan exceeded expectations in every way. We'd definitely return and highly recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites Manistee to anyone visiting the area.

Brad at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. During our first visit to Manistee, we found this to be the best Hampton we'd stayed in by far. The hotel was very clean and the room super comfortable. I especially liked the walk-in shower and that they provided hand soap as well as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. We met some nice people while having a drink by the fire pits. In the morning we walked along the fishing pier with our coffee, then drove over to the lighthouse. If we're ever back that way, we'll definitely stay here.

The lake-facing room was lovely, with a wide view of Lake Michigan. The photos can't really capture it, especially with January's Michigan grays and all the cloud cover. This is the first Hampton I've stayed at with a restaurant on the fifth floor. I'd come back.

The views and location were amazing. We arrived a few minutes before sunset, and walking into a room overlooking a Lake Michigan sunset was perfect. I didn't expect the morning to be as good with the room facing west, but the sky was full of gorgeous color. Coffee with a view!
