Arch and Cable Hotel

My friends, the bride and groom, were stranded after a terrible experience at another nearby hotel just hours before their wedding. Around 3 or 4 a.m., they called Arch + Cable looking for somewhere to stay. The general manager came in around 4, showed them the available suite over video chat to make sure it would work for the wedding day, and arranged an immediate early check-in so they could rest and stop worrying. The room was beautiful, clean, and just right for the occasion. More than that, the team made the couple feel heard, understood, welcome, and at peace after they’d been let down elsewhere. It’s just northeast of downtown near the river, easy to reach, and has plenty of free surface parking. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a modern industrial look, high ceilings, full-height windows, and no carpet. Everything was very clean. Arch+Cable makes a stylish boutique option compared with the usual chains. Most check-in and check-out is self-service, but staff were friendly and quick to respond when needed. The owner and front desk handled a mix-up about an amenity graciously and promptly. It’s a well-run, comfortable place if you’re after something different.

My husband and I stayed one night at Arch and Cable and really liked it. The big windows and modern look stood out, and we appreciated the small welcoming touches. The place was very clean, too.
