Lake Chelan Condo, Walk to Brewery & Wineries

The Manson Burger was really good, with a third-pound patty, BBQ sauce, pepper jack, jalapeños, and an onion ring. I got onion rings on the side too, and the coconut shrimp appetizer was excellent. The shrimp were impressively big. The staff were friendly, and there was a hiring sign out front, so hopefully the long wait was just due to short staffing. I was seated fairly quickly and got water, but then waited about an hour before anyone took my order. A group of six arrived after me and somehow had their orders taken and food served before I’d even ordered. The menu looked good and there were lots of people inside, so I’d come in with high expectations. I’d rate the food a 4, but the service brought the overall rating down.

We nearly skipped the nachos when we learned they use homemade potato chips instead of corn chips, but the server said they were addictive and she was right. They were delicious. The plate was a good size, and we’d already eaten almost half before I remembered to take a picture. If there’d been more, we’d have kept going. After that, we shared a slice of Chocolate Chip Milk Cake with ice cream and, staying with the healthy food, it was YUMMMMY. We’ll be back.

The food came out super fast and everything was good. We got a table for four right away, and our drink and food orders were taken fairly quickly. The beers were okay, though there wasn’t a huge selection. They did have huckleberry hard seltzer on tap. Cool place to check out.

The Glacier Infused IPA was good, though a little bitter, and my wife liked it enough that we bought four cans to go. They canned them right there on the spot. We also shared brew-chip nachos and a side of fries among four people, which was plenty. The fries are truly unique.
