Miss Heather and her team rocks! The lobby and rooms are always clean and have what you need for a nice stay. Hampton Inn & Suites in Marksville ,LA is a nice place to stop while traveling, and everyone is friendly and helpful.

The front desk people were nice and helpful. But room 333 needs remodeling: the curtains had stains, the bed squeaked, and the shower and tub only got lukewarm.

I'm very disappointed that I still haven't heard back about my clothes. I called again and described what I left in the room closet, and I had also provided a picture. She said she'd call if they found my things, but by 2:35pm there was still no update. When I first called, I was told to try again another day, which I find unacceptable. The breakfast choices were limited too. I want to speak with a manager, and I've included a picture of what I left.
