San Dune Inn

The off-season stays are especially quiet, and although the hotel isn't on the main road, everything is still only a short walk away. It's good value for the location and dog friendly too. The updated rooms have an attractive, modern beach feel and are comfortable. Angela has been a great host: she helped sort out a small room problem once and helped me track down my reservation when I made an error. This has become our favorite beach stay, and we'll be back.

The room was cozy, spotless, and furnished with all the comforts I wanted. Staff made us feel welcome and stayed attentive, with smiles and helpful ideas for local food and things to do. The care in the details made our stay special. We had a delightful time and look forward to coming back.

We were in the back room, a cute, clean spot with a small private deck. The staff were polite and kind, and dogs were welcomed warmly. Being just a block off the main drag kept things peaceful, while a quick half-block walk and a little farther up got us to fantastic coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

After a bad first night at another hotel, we went to the San Dune and they kindly took us in, even letting us check in early. It was such a relief. Angela and her husband, whose name I didn't catch, were personable and kind. I'd stayed here twice before, and this visit showed me the updates: the place feels welcoming, very clean, and refreshingly modern and minimal. I'll be back and would choose it from now on.
