Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis - Maple Grove

We came for my daughter’s cheer competition, and the service was so good. The bed was perfect and I slept like a baby. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was $15.00, which is hard to beat. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

The hotel is easy to get to from the freeway, though it’s farther from local attractions. There’s a pancake house, a local taco place, and a CVS within walking distance. The rooms are nice, with really comfortable beds and pillows, and full-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the showers. Nothing too extravagant. There’s a restaurant on site, but it’s pricey. The pool water was cold, and this location doesn’t have a hot tub. There’s a little outdoor garden and patio by the indoor pool and lobby where you can sit and relax.

I was on the third floor, so I didn’t hear noise from above or from the room next door. People talking and walking in the hallway were very easy to hear, though. The rooms were fairly clean and up to date. CVS is close by for necessities, with some good food options in the parking lot across the way. I didn’t use the pool or order food, but the prices seemed reasonable for the convenience. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

The staff made this a very positive stay. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to help. The place was clean and well cared for, with good breakfast and dinner options. During the extreme cold, though, a strong draft came through the window and the heat ran nonstop. Better window insulation before next winter would make the room more comfortable. Thanks for a lovely visit, I hope to return.
