Wolff's Maple Breeze Resort

The views and all the entertainment options won me over right away. I went for my best friend's wedding, and the place kept reminding me of the setting that inspired "Foot Loose." I love nature with a bit of modern style, and this place felt amazing to me. It'd be great for family or friends. I hope I can come back, and maybe even have my own wedding here someday. My kids say this is their favorite vacation yet, even after cruises and trips to Tennessee, Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, Rocking Horse Ranch, Woodloch, Disney, Las Vegas, and more. We had a great time, with plenty to do outdoors, plus the evening dance party and fire pit with marshmallows. The rooms were bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise for our large group. We're already talking about coming at least once next summer, maybe twice.

Fishing is still the main reason we love coming here, and it's great. There's lots to do when you come with a crowd, including Totts the clown, hay rides, movie night, and rock climbing when there are lots of children. The owners are caring, busy, and efficient, and the food is still very good. We've been coming for over 20 years, and some of the changes have been good while others are inconvenient. Happy hour used to be an hour and is now half an hour. Breakfast has less to choose from, with cold cereal on the table and different muffins. The pool is big, but cold.

Still as good as in prior years. The grounds are well kept, and there's plenty to do. Ellen & Mike are great, and Karen was great as our server in the dining room. The food was great too, especially Mike's pot roast, which I'm glad he's still making. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the nightly entertainment was great. A great place to unwind.
