The beach path had some standing water, though it looked like they were already working on it. The place was spotless, and the rules were enforced, which was totally fine with us. A really nice place to stay.

I love watching the City of Marco Island lights sparkle from the back balconies at night. From the front, you get views of Residents and South Beach, and the sunsets are lovely. Some units face the city instead. The lobby, social room, and hallways have all been updated. One of my favorite beachfront condos.
The sunsets and direct beach views from the balcony were the best we've seen. Unit 903S was beautifully updated, with a bigger kitchen and refreshed bathrooms. We spent a month there in October, enjoyed the friendly staff, quiet pool area, and easy beach access. Great building, and we're hoping to return every year.
The condo was clean, and that was the one good thing about our stay. We visit Marco Island often, but after this trip we won't come back. I was there for five days with my three young children to visit my MIL. The owner of her unit had told her we could use the baby items, which made bringing the kids easier. Instead, the security guards made us feel unwelcome and treated me as if I were a bad person. I've never been spoken to that way before, and my six-year-old still asks if we'll see them again. There's a right and wrong way to talk to someone, especially a parent on her own with three little kids, doing her best. Coming in from the rain, we were told we couldn't enter the building wet. The kids were freezing, so we dried off as best we could and came inside. My son's life jacket was still a little damp. When I asked where we could put it, the guard said it had to stay outside. I worried it would blow away in the wind, so I shook it off and wrapped it in a towel. I was holding my one-year-old and looking after my three- and six-year-old at the same time. My six-year-old stood on the rug, afraid to move in case he got yelled at. Then the guard took the jacket from my arms and threw it outside. I asked him to please be kind, but he didn't care. We left and went back to the unit. At the pool the next day, I sat with my six-year-old while he had a snack. Apparently, eating wasn't allowed on the pool deck. My husband called, and after I answered, a guard came over within two minutes, yelled at me to turn off my phone, and said I'd get into a lot less trouble if I followed the rules. I was confused until he explained that calls had to be taken behind the gate, or I'd get a $100 fine. Later, my MIL brought down my other two kids, including my one-year-old. We were in the pool when I was told a child who wasn't potty trained couldn't swim there. My three-year-old had a shark toy and a little toy boat, and those weren't allowed in the pool either. Thank goodness we left the next day.
The ocean views and gorgeous sunsets are visible from every room in unit 1503. It's newly decorated and fantastic.
