Hilton Grand Vacations Club Regency

We were given a room on the highest floor, but sleep was impossible because we could hear loud machinery running on the floors above us. When we asked to move, they said the hotel was sold out and there wasn't anything they could do.

We feel at home at Club Regency Marco Island and love coming here. On our last day, we lost track of our car keys and spent hours searching. Raphael and Elisha from housekeeping were so attentive, brought us water, and let me stay in the apartment a little longer while we waited for help. I'm especially grateful they went out of their way to look after our safety and well-being. Michelle at the front office also deserves a thank you. She always greets us with a smile and is courteous and incredibly helpful. Our vacations wouldn't be the same without that personal touch. Thank you!

The beach is right in front of the resort, and it's a great spot for shelling. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite by the beach with a perfect view. From there, we mostly heard the ocean and nearby wildlife. The pool area is lovely, and the whole property looks appealing. The suite was comfortable and felt like home. The Regency has definitely made me want to return.

I love the club, the welcoming staff, and the amazing beach. What can make a beach day unpleasant is some guests' sense of entitlement. They move into your space as if they're entitled to it, and nobody steps in.
