The rooms are amazing, with really comfy beds and pillows and everything you might need. There are outdoor grills, plus plates, cutlery, cups, and kitchen utensils. For the beach, they provide chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards, and the shuttle will take you there. Just call and they’ll pick you up quickly. We’ll be back every year.

We had such a good time, and everything felt perfect. Our villa was huge, with three bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and big balcony. The four of us spent eight-plus hours at the beach most days, so it worked great for our stay. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots. Linda at the front desk was so nice, knew a lot about the island, and shared local tips. Kerry took us to Tigertale Beach, told us where to go shelling, and was friendly and informative. They have beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas available. When we were ready to leave, we called the desk and David came to pick us up. Susan, another shuttle driver, was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. We even came back early before her shift ended to say goodbye. Daniel and everyone else we met helped make Marco Island unforgettable. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. We’ll be back and will always stay here. Hotel and staff get an A+.

The staff were incredible and helped make our April week such a wonderful trip. Susan, Dudley, and Brooke were especially great, though there were other friendly, helpful people whose names I didn’t catch. Our room was clean and updated, the pool was really nice, and the gym and view from the room were decent. Thank you!

Brooke Daniels really made my visit to the shops at the Holiday Inn Club memorable. The shops, including Cross Winds and Sweet Water, are lovely, but it was her warmth and professionalism that stood out. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived, answering questions and offering thoughtful suggestions without making anything feel rushed. I was there as a mobile notary for a signing appointment with a couple vacationing at the resort, and Brooke went out of her way to make the process smooth and stress-free for them and for me. She made me feel welcome throughout. She’s a real asset to the resort and deserves recognition for her service.
