The host keeps the accommodations in great shape and seems to anticipate what you’ll need, which makes the trip easy. The pool, beach, and shared grounds were all clean and well maintained, and the unit was even better than advertised. It was our second visit, and everything was great again. We’re already looking at dates to return.

Tricia was a great host. Check-in and checkout were simple and seamless, and she checked in to make sure we had what we needed, offering to bring anything we were missing. Condo 1812 was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, with lovely views and enough room for our family of four. I appreciated the building’s security too. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of useful things, including plastic bags and containers, chip clips, and a cutting board. We also had beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and extra sunscreen, which came in handy on our last day. We’ll definitely visit 1812 again.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of communication before arrival, so even the after-hours check-in went smoothly. The condo was nicely furnished and had all the amenities we wanted, including beach chairs and umbrellas. It’s about 0.4 miles from the unit to the water, so be ready for a bit of a walk and some exercise. The beach is wide, and the walk helped burn off the big meals we enjoyed at nearby Marco Island restaurants.

La Bella Vita Marco has amazing views, and it’s always super clean, well cared for, and stocked with everything you need. We’re very impressed every time and love staying here. We’ll make it a regular visit. 10/10 recommend.

Trish was easy to reach and incredibly accommodating, and we’d happily stay again. La Bella Vita 1801 & 1802 was clean, nicely renovated, and in a great spot. I almost left a bad review so the units wouldn’t get booked up so quickly, lol. Thanks again, Trish.
