The beach and the rest of the resort are beautiful, but choose your room carefully. From a third-floor room facing the Hilton, you get only a tiny glimpse of the ocean, plus early dumpster noise around 5:00 am, midday garbage pickup, and afternoon scrubbing. Joking aside, I'd avoid those rooms. During our week, we had only warm or hot water in the room, the microwave and ice maker didn't work, cable cut out around 10 PM every night, and the elevators were broken for most of our stay. The place felt worn and like a cash grab by the end. Food, drinks, and even activities were priced far too high. I'd check which other properties in the area are open, since you may find a better deal.

The suite has a spacious kitchen and a modern, open feel, with plenty of parking, including indoor garages. It was quiet and peaceful, and the balcony looked out toward the beach and ocean. The pool is beautiful too.

The beachfront location is lovely, and the pools were clean and big enough for the number of guests. Our room was roomy, well equipped, and worked really well for a multi-generational family. We've stayed at many Marriott properties, and this is one of the best. The staff were excellent throughout. Highly recommend!

The pools and beach access are great, and the amenities feel well matched to the number of guests. Everyone we dealt with was professional and welcoming. I almost hate to share it, but this is a great spot, so please don't visit and spoil our enjoyment of it.

We've been coming to Marriott's Crystal Shores for more than 10 years, and it's still one of our favorite resorts in the United States. It's very clean, the staff are incredible, and the rooms are regularly refreshed. The kids' programs and guest activities are great. Already looking forward to another visit!
