We found plenty of places to explore around the island, and there are sidewalks everywhere for walking or biking. Tradewinds is in a handy central spot, so it’s easy to head off in any direction, just not into the ocean, obviously. This is our first year here, and we’ll definitely return next year. The building is kept immaculate, the laundry rooms are great, and office staff are often around if you have a question or need help. The pool stays at a really comfortable heated temperature, and the beach is fantastic too. It’s a wide stretch from the building to the water, but the sand is beautiful. You’ll love it.

The people who live at and visit Tradewinds are the best part. Everyone is welcoming. The building has direct beach access, a recently renovated pool and deck, and sunsets every night. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and concerts in the park, and about 30 minutes from 5th Avenue in Naples. It also has hurricane windows and doors, and passed its 25-year milestone inspection. The property is well maintained and is one of the most sought-after buildings on Marco Island.

We had a lovely family visit here and took photos on the beach. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the lobby feels clean and welcoming. The beach was gorgeous for our sunset photo session.

The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. Shared areas were kept very clean, and both management and the maintenance crew were attentive, courteous, and professional.
