The social committee has helped bring people in the building together, and other associations have complimented that effort. We’ve owned here since 2005, and I’ve built lasting friendships with people who live at Aversana. Since the new board came in in 2013, the building has become the most exclusive one in the Hammock Bay community, in my view. It’s beautiful inside and out.

It’s a quiet, peaceful place to live, with kind, friendly staff and amazing residents. The building is maintained better than when it was new. Outstanding.

Our building is in great shape, and they keep updating it to meet its needs. The staff are great, and the people in our units are wonderful.

The views left me disappointed. The place needs renovation.
