Holiday Inn Marquette, An Ihg Hotel

The sauna, hot tub, and pool are a nice part of the stay, and the hotel bar and grille has plenty of tasty choices. I just wish the menu were a little bigger. The hotel is close to town, shops, and food, and they consistently give me a clean room at a reasonable rate while meeting my needs. If you're visiting for business or something important at NMU, ask for the “university rate” when you book. They should be able to give you a better nightly price. Thanks for the great service and experience each time.

The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I stayed for a week for work, after the hotel had been newly remodeled. Four stars only because it's a Holiday Inn rather than a five-star hotel. I was happy here and would stay again.

During bad weather and a stressful family emergency, Alison was compassionate and empathetic. She helped us through a difficult travel situation and was very accommodating. We really appreciate her kindness.

The rooms are clean, and the pool's deep enough to actually swim in. The hot tub is huge and the sauna works great. I'll be back, though I wish dogs were allowed.
