The hotel is clean, in a good location, and housekeeping pays attention to details. They fold the towels into a fan, which is cool. The morning food preparer is charming and friendly, and maintenance is on top of things. The front desk service needs more professionalism, though. At check-in, the first thing I heard was, “driver’s license and credit card.” The next morning another desk worker watched videos on their phone in a hair bonnet and didn’t look up as customers passed. Please train staff to greet people and act professionally. It would help the business, employees, and customers.

The room was clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable and clean too. Breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were really nice and helpful. It’s easy to find, close to the highway without the road noise, and there are fuel stations nearby. I’ll stay here again next time I’m passing through. Thanks for a great stay!

I stay here for work, but the room has been gross every time. On my last two visits the sheets were dirty and had blood on them, and once I found tiny bugs all over the bed. I’m not saying they were bed bugs. It feels like housekeeping doesn’t actually clean. I’ve started bringing my own air mattress and bedding so I don’t have to sleep in their beds. They gave me points as an apology, but housekeeping and management need to get it together. If it happened once, that’d be one thing, but it’s every time I stay.

I’ve stayed here countless times, and my only issue came at checkout this morning. A front desk person laughed at me in a condescending way when I didn’t know where to leave my room key. Maybe they didn’t mean to put me down, but it really bothered me. Please treat me like an equal. Being laughed at feels disrespectful and belittling.
