Grandeur Farm Equine Retreat

Seeing all those red cardinals in the morning was beautiful. The host was so welcoming, and breakfast was amazing. At check-in we got a menu, but I forgot to place an order the night before and assumed we couldn't have breakfast. She came downstairs and messaged us to ask if we wanted some. I booked through another site where this place was listed, but booking direct is definitely better. The place feels perfect and homey. I'd never stayed at a bed and breakfast with shared space before, and I really enjoyed it. There are other spots on the property, and the owner is developing a new area for another room.

The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the place felt cozy, like home. Sally was a lovely host, and breakfast was delicious. We had some nice chats around the kitchen table too. Much nicer than any hotel. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

We came back for a third visit, and it was just as good as before. The host is friendly and knows the area well. Breakfast is made to your schedule and requests, within reason. The decor is eclectic, but the bed is comfortable. It's in rural GA, an easy drive from several large cities, and worked well for visiting our dear friend who retired nearby. Our first GPS sent us the wrong way, so use a second one or check the landmarks with the owner.

Bring your cables, but you don't need to pack chargers. There are plenty of USB, USC-C, and regular outlets. Sally was an amazing host and took great care of our needs. Breakfast was truly delicious, and we had a wonderful time at Grandeur Farms Equine. It was a remarkable experience. I'd highly recommend staying here, and we'll definitely return.
