There were bed bugs in the room, and I found used needles and other drug-related items on the sleeper sofa mattress. Guests two doors down fought and threatened to shoot all night. I called the office to let them know, but nothing was done and the fighting went on. I'd booked two nights but left after one, and I'm still trying to get a refund for the unused night.

For $276 for one night, this motel was a disgrace. The pool was tiny, the room needed paint, and the shower shelves were slimy and gross. The complimentary shampoo bottle was empty. There was also a roughly 2-inch circle missing from the vanity mirror at eye level. The motel is old and needs a complete remodel, with rusty sprinkler heads and door hinges. I would NOT recommend it.

We left before 11 the morning after our last-minute, late-night stay with four kids and two adults. I bought a fan at Target, and we brought muffins and waffles to the room, but the kids didn't eat anything. One child left a phone behind, and when we returned about an hour later, it was still there, even though the room was nearly cleaned and the beds were made. We called a few days later about our $100 deposit. We were told it would come any day, but after waiting a few more days, my husband went to ask in person. They said we weren't getting it back because we'd supposedly stolen a comforter. He hadn't, and my husband accepted that answer. When I went there, the explanation changed to a stained comforter, so I asked to see proof. The pictures showed yellow stains everywhere but no date or timeframe, and we had nothing yellow in the room. They claimed one stained comforter meant they had to throw away all the comforters, sheets, and pillowcases. That makes no sense, and I know those photos weren't from our room. I would never recommend staying here.

This was an awful experience for our five-day family vacation. We got only five towels for the entire stay, couldn't get toilet paper, and had to buy our own along with trash bags. Nobody came to check the trash. The chairs were stained and nasty. People in the next room smoked pot on the sidewalk, and random people came in from the street and jumped into the pool. There was even a syringe floating in it. My husband told the manager, who just said, “yes sir yes sir.” I'd have rated it -10 if I could.
