Best Western Plus MidAmerica Hotel

The interstate noise was the one thing I noticed. I could hear the eighteen wheelers using their jake-brakes through the night, though some light music helped cover it. It wasn't a deal breaker, and the location is hard to beat if you're traveling in and out of MidAmerica. I grew up about 20 minutes from Mascoutah, but this was my first stay at the hotel. I spent four nights visiting my son and was pleased with the experience. Justin handled check-in with top tier customer service, making me feel welcome. My room stayed clean and well stocked, and the breakfast area was consistently tidy and organized. Breakfast was standard but good, with lots of toppings for yogurt and waffles. They also served soup in the evening. Maybe that's seasonal, but I appreciated a hot, comforting meal during a cold January visit. I'd recommend it to people passing through the area.

After our flight was disrupted by the extreme snow and cold, we needed somewhere to stay. Becky helped us on 1/25/26 and did a phenomenal job making sure we were accommodated. The room looked nice and was clean, and the food and snacks available were great priced. The staff stayed upbeat and kind while having to keep the hotel running through the storm, which was really admirable.

Since we often see friends in O'Fallon and visit Scott AFB, we'll check the Best Western first on future trips. Our stay at the MidAmerica Best Western was wonderful. The property feels new and updated, and it was quiet despite being close to the highway. The elevator was out, with clear signs posted, and staff offered to help with our bags. Justin and the front desk team went further and found my wife and me a recently flipped room on the first floor, so we didn't need to use the stairs. We were very grateful for the care they took.

Justin was so kind and made sure we didn't have to climb to the third floor while the elevator was down. He moved us into a wonderful upgraded room on the first floor. We appreciated how much he cared about customer service. We stayed just one night, and everything was great. The room was very clean, and breakfast had tasty hot and cold options. Whenever we're in the Lebanon area, we stay at this hotel. Justin deserves ten stars if I could give them.
