Sea Mist Resort

It’s December, so there isn’t much to do in the area. The supermarket is a minute away, with plenty of stores nearby, including Marshalls and target 🎯. I’m not sure about the indoor pool area yet. The grounds aren’t kept up very well. There were lots of leaves by the door, and they get slippery in the rain. They should at least blow them off the walkway. The rooms are a bit updated. Having two bathrooms is nice, but you have to walk to the laundry room. The one bedroom has only a queen bed, which isn’t ideal, and I’m on vacation 😂. The kitchen didn’t have a pan large enough for eggs or steak knives for the Lambs chops I’m cooking. In my first room, the refrigerator was off after I’d unloaded groceries from my car. I was given another room because I didn’t want to wait for it to cool down, but switching rooms was a pain. They should check rooms before guests arrive, since it’s a timeshare and they know in advance. No big deal, just annoying. They really should have King beds.

We spent Christmas week here and had a relaxing time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I wasn’t bothered about attending any presentation. The pool and hot tub were very clean. They could use some activities to help residents meet each other.

There’s plenty of parking, and the indoor pool and spa are nice. The rooms aren’t as good, with a lot of wasted space. The ceilings are very thin, so you hear everything, like a cast of stomp above us.

Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the management and staff were so kind and helpful. I don’t think you’ll get a better deal anywhere in Massachusetts. Thanks, y’all!
