The room was in terrible shape. The lobby smelled overwhelmingly of onions when we arrived at 11:30 p.m. Our futon wouldn't fold down, so they moved us, but when we opened it up, it had Q-tips and other crumbs on it. The floor was dirty, the walls had dirty streaks, and the blanket they gave us for the futon was badly ripped. There were roaches and clothing left by a previous guest. The bathroom vent was hanging from the ceiling, there was another hole in the ceiling, and the tub had no drain plug. The kitchen sink had no running water, and the musty smell was strong, especially in the bathroom.

The room was neat and very clean, and the service was really friendly. The pillows could be better, but the price was reasonable and the place is pet-friendly, which was a bonus. I'd definitely recommend it.

I rarely leave reviews, but after Expedia repeatedly blocked mine, I feel I need to share what happened. This place is a scam, and I'd avoid it. Within ten minutes of checking in, I found one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever seen: stained bed blankets, a stained window couch, holes in the walls, and bugs. I asked for a refund right away, but the manager was “not available.” The front desk told me to call Monday. When I called, the manager said a refund request had been submitted and told me to check with Expedia. Several days passed without a refund. Expedia support said they had tried multiple times to reach the manager and couldn't, so they couldn't process it. Since then, whenever I call, the manager is conveniently “not there” and doesn't return calls.

We thought the price for our stay would be good, but in the morning we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We had to shake out all our things to make sure there weren't more. I was extremely upset when I called the front desk and all they said was thank you for letting us know, with no further help. Wouldn't recommend.

We needed somewhere to stop after midnight on Christmas, and this place was right off the interstate. The rooms were clean and quiet, and checking in online beforehand went smoothly. Convenient and clean, five stars. Pets cost an extra $25.
