The room itself was clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, and the managers were really nice. I stayed overnight while traveling and thought it was a great value for 1-2 nights. They take a $50 damage deposit when you arrive, then return it after checking the room without any hassle. The area felt safe, though the hotel is right by the highway and there was noise in the parking lot, not inside my room. Lobby and parking lot work was going on during my stay, so there wasn't really a lobby experience. I don't know how long the renovation will last, but if you mainly need a quality room and don't need lobby service, this place would be perfect.

Rohi at check-in was so friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to help me with a few things. The hotel is clean, attractive, and well kept, with lots of outlets and a bathtub if that's what you're looking for. I'm not easily impressed, but this is a very comfortable stay for an average hotel. They made an uncomfortable situation feel cozy and helped me rest without worrying. You have to be careful about where you stay in Hagerstown, and this place is exactly the kind I look for. Great value, even better service and accommodations. This is my new go-to when I'm in the area, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it too.

Breakfast was really good, with waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal, sausage patties, hash browns, apple and orange juice, coffee, and hot tea. The rooms were clean, quiet, and very nice, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly too. Next time I'm in the Washington co area, this will be my first choice for a place to stay. 👍👍

The owner is absolutely awesome and treats you the way a traveler should be treated. The lobby and my room were VERY clean. It's been a while since my last visit, but I'm glad to be back, and I stop here every time I'm in town.

We were charged $172 even though we had been told the overnight rate was $110. The room had debris in the corners, a broken doorstop, screws sticking out of the new sheetrock, and a bathroom that was only partly painted. When we tried the air conditioner, it wouldn't start and blew white powdery dust onto the floor and into my shoes. At least it didn't turn on and spread it all over us. We had to open the window for fresh air, but there was no screen. We were on an upper floor and didn't expect the window to open at all, which seems like a major hazard for small children. After driving for 9 hours, we just wanted to sleep, so we didn't report the problems to the desk, though we should have. Getting to sleep was tough anyway because a train went by all night, blowing its whistle at every crossing. That's not really the hotel's fault, but it's something to know if you want to sleep. We stopped here overnight during a long drive, and there are plenty of other places in the area. I would never stay here again.
