The breakfast had lots to choose from, including eggs, muffins, cookies, cupcakes, and fresh fruit, all laid out neatly. Parking was easy, and the area felt calm and safe, with a few restaurants and shops close enough to walk to. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the cozy bed. The staff were welcoming from check-in through checkout and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in McAlester.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are within walking distance. The room felt modern, almost like it had just been remodeled, and it was clean and really nice. Breakfast had a good range of options, too. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Breakfast really stood out. The woman in the kitchen was friendly, kept the tables clean, and made sure the food stayed stocked the whole time. The rooms were clean, and the staff were nice. The water pressure could be stronger, though I know that isn't always something they can control.

The rooms were very clean, so kudos to housekeeping. But our room's heater wouldn't work, even after we were moved, and it was set to 55°. The hotel itself was cold, too. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed, and the clerk showed no compassion.

We'd stayed here for four nights earlier, then called on our way home from vacation to book again. The desk worker was rude and hung up on me, and the room cost four times what we'd paid before. I won't stay with this hotel brand again. If you want to be treated like dirt and feel robbed, stay there.
