We had plenty of room, and both the property and our room were clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, with lots of pillows, which you don't always get. My husband said the free breakfast was one of the best he's had at a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. Great location, and we'd definitely recommend it.

The hotel was quiet, and the staff were the nicest I've ever met. I've stayed in hotels all over the Southeast with my kids for travel sports, and this was the friendliest, most helpful staff I've dealt with. The woman working Friday night even went out of her way to get an answer to a question I had about my stay. I'll definitely stay here again when we're in Hoover for baseball or heading to Ttown for football or baseball. Excellent stay.

We stayed a few days for hospital surgery, and the clinic was only about 2 minutes away. Zaxbys and piggly wiggly were each a minute away, too. The room was clean and comfortable, the TV worked perfectly, and there were lots of channels to choose from. Everything was great. Ty.

The breakfast potatoes need more crisping. They were soggy and seemed undercooked, so maybe a sheet pan would give them some color and crust. Otherwise, this was better than the Tier 3 Marriott places I've stayed at recently, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was extremely quiet, felt safe, and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had hot water. The staff were amazing. Joel at the front desk was professional and courteous, and his smile lit up the room.
