I stayed here for six months, and it worked well for both a night or a longer stay. In this little town in the middle of the oil patch, it’s one of the few places where the owners don’t disrespect you or try to gouge oilfield workers. The amenities are basic, but the rooms are cared for, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the showers are hot, and having full-size fridges is a big plus. It’s affordable, too, and the cleaning staff take great care of the rooms. The only possible downside is that the walls are a little thin, but that’s splitting hairs.
