There's a Waffle House right next door, which is a fun bonus. I found this Motel 6 right along my route and drove in without a reservation. Reception welcomed me warmly, and check-in was quicker than at many places where I'd booked ahead. The other owner operator was also really welcoming when I walked my dog. I've stayed at lots of Motel 6 locations with my dog on road trips, and this is easily the nicest one I've been to.

We were glad to find this recently renovated motel just as a storm was coming in. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was new, and the place was very clean. Both the day and night managers were nice. It's easy to spot off the highway, tucked on a quiet side street.

The staff were so helpful when I left my phone in the room. They contacted me right away and returned it, which I'm really grateful for. The rooms were very clean too. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

We felt safe here, with managers nearby and a well-lit parking lot. There's plenty of parking, free Internet, and it's a quiet spot with everything you need within walking distance. Our updated room was great, especially the mattress and pillows. The place is being renovated. TK and Beena greeted us warmly and were about as accommodating as managers can be. Really glad we found Motel 6 in McComb. MS!
