Lake Pointe Inn

The innkeepers made us feel welcome and checked in to see if we needed anything. Breakfast was delicious, with a choice of dishes cooked for us instead of a buffet. They started us off with great coffeecake, and there were yummy baked goods available throughout the stay. We loved this B&B and had a wonderful time. The lake looked beautiful under the snow, though we’d like to return when it’s thawed and we can get out on the water. Thanks again, we hope to see you before long.

We came away feeling refreshed and relaxed, and are already looking forward to coming back. The massage was a highlight, and the peaceful setting made it even more rejuvenating. The owners and other guests were friendly, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere helped us feel at home. It’s a quiet spot with a lovely, tranquil setting, perfect for unwinding. If you want a break from everyday stress, with comfort and genuine hospitality, I’d recommend staying here.

Lake Pointe Inn felt both like a home and a real escape. It was beautiful and peaceful from the moment we arrived, right on the lake with breathtaking views that made it easy to relax. The property was well kept and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved it and will be back soon!

We stayed in the Garrett room, which was roomy and comfortable, and Scott was a great host. The inn had lots of outdoor seating for taking in the lake, plus a fire pit. There were kayaks, canoes, and waterboards to use, and morning boat tours with a great lake view when the weather allowed. They stocked complimentary soda and water in mini fridges on each floor, with cookies and fudge in the pantry and wine in the afternoon. Nearby Swallow Falls State Park has a nice hiking loop and the Rock Maze trail. We also drove to Ohiopyle State Park in Pennsylvania for more hiking. Had a great time and would definitely return. I highly recommend the inn for anyone visiting the area.
