This rental is unfit to stay in. There was mold everywhere, it was filthy and run down, the house smelled damp, and there were bugs and rodent droppings. The number of beds didn’t match the listing on the Taylor Made website, the sheets had dried blood on them, and the outside looked like a junkyard. Furniture and appliances were broken too. When we called Taylor Made, they didn’t seem to care. They said we were disrespectful to the rental and unfair in our judgment. The woman on the phone was sarcastic and ignorant, and hung up when we asked her name. Absolutely disgusting place and appalling customer service.

The place was filthy and nothing like the listing. The dock was broken, the AC units barely worked, and the couch was broken too. There was no lighting on the deck for the hot tub, so it couldn’t be used at night. Taylor Made was no help. The woman we spoke to was disrespectful and had an attitude, then accused us of having one. Do not rent this property.
