We didn’t stay at all. Our room hadn’t been cleaned or made ready, even though we arrived after check-in time and only half an hour later than the arrival time we’d given. We had to leave. The cleaners said to talk to the front desk, but nobody was there when we went out. We’d completed everything online, so our check-in was quick, though the people ahead of us were having trouble. We’d booked because of a concert, and the whole experience felt unprofessional and low quality.

The main room smelled fine, but the bathroom had a musty, moldy smell and water across the floor, apparently coming from under the tub. Through the night, about every half hour to hour, there was a loud bang that sounded like a dryer door shutting.

It was noisy, the continental breakfast was very poor, and the room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom also needed repairs. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a reasonably priced, no-frills place in a good area where we felt safe. The staff were pleasant, and the TV and fridge worked. Both rooms were clean, including the bathrooms, sinks, and unstained bedding. My son’s A/C was out, but they replaced it within 15 minutes. The curtain rod in our room was broken, and the front desk said a repair was scheduled. There were just two bath towels, two hand towels, and one washcloth in our room; we made do, though I’m sure they’d have brought more if I’d asked. I noticed a marijuana smell in the hall by the side door, which is to be expected in a state where it’s legal. The hotel seems to be updating and remodeling, so I look forward to seeing how it looks next time we’re in the area.
