Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Allen/Fairview

Taylor at the front desk turned a rough day around for me with his upbeat, respectful service. He welcomed us with real kindness and professionalism when my family and I arrived at the Residence Inn by Marriott, and that small interaction made a real difference. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in making guests feel welcome. The stay was great, and because of Taylor, this will be one of my regular places when I’m in the area. I highly recommend the hotel, and Marriott is lucky to have him representing the brand. Thanks for making the visit memorable. 👏

The hotel is a good option for visiting Dallas if you'd rather stay outside the city. It's not too far from the airport, and you can walk to a mall with a few nice places to eat if you don't feel like going out farther. There are quite a few amenities, too. I was welcomed by a pleasant gentleman, and check-in was quick and easy. The facility is clean and well maintained, and my room was comfortable and nice. I definitely recommend it.

Melanie made booking rooms for our large group really easy. The hotel is in a safe, convenient spot with a few shopping options and several places to eat within walking distance. The facility was very clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful.

Ana Grace at the front desk was especially helpful during our three-day stay. Strong winds caused a power outage, and she quickly reset the A/C when I reported the problem. The next morning, my young daughter accidentally broke a plate at breakfast, and Ana came over right away to help, kindly and professionally. We really appreciated her care. The hotel itself was quiet, though I could hear noise from the neighboring room and found it a little annoying. The 24-hour gym had two treadmills and a cable machine, all in good condition.
