The person who checked us in was kind and helpful, and the two-bedroom suite had the layout we needed for our two-night wedding stay. The clean sheets and bedding were appreciated, but the rest of the room was in poor shape. There was old coffee in the maker, food stains and crumbs all over the dining table and in the chair crevices, and the main lights in both bedrooms and the suite hallway were burned out or flickering. Something red was smeared on the ceiling, and a dirty pillowcase was on the floor beside a nightstand. We also didn’t get fresh towels for the second night. The helpful check-in is the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this one is among my favorites. DeAnna at the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast cooks all made for a great experience. They treated my kids like family, and I’ll definitely be back.

We got stuck here during an ice storm, and the staff kept things running while being really accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy, but that’s to be expected at a hotel like this.

Jessica at the front desk and Lashonda in the breakfast area stood out during a really good stay. Breakfast included farm-fresh eggs, spinach quiche, and excellent salsa. The staff were professional, and the bed was comfortable with nice room furnishings.
