Candlewood Suites Mcpherson by IHG

The hotel is really clean, and the staff are among the best I've dealt with. It doesn't seem set up for families, though. For someone just staying while they're in town for work, it'd be fine.

I stayed here on my drive from Indiana to Vegas and liked it enough to book it again for the return trip. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The night and overnight front desk associate with glasses and red hair was such a delight, and you can tell she works hard. She deserves a raise. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff made both check-in and checkout pleasant. They were kind, professional, and gave me useful information. We were only there one night for a little staycation, but this was my third stay at a Candlewood property, and they keep delivering. I'll go out of my way to find one again, especially since they have locations around the country. We stayed in a King bed Junior Suite on the 4th floor on 08.16.25. The room was spacious and spotless, with soft, well-kept linens in the kitchen, bathroom, and bed. The central thermostat controlled the HVAC, the blackout curtains fit and were in good shape, and the bathroom lighting was stellar. I had mentioned ahead of time that my girlfriend and I were celebrating a special anniversary. They surprised us with a chilled nonalcoholic champagne bottle on ice, stemware, decorations, and a card. It was a magnificent surprise, especially for her. 10 out of 10, recommend! Thanks again, J&A

The on-site staff were wonderful, and I enjoyed the facilities. I arrived early, and the manager let me check in ahead of time. Everyone I met was helpful and very courteous. I also used the outdoor grills. I took off a star because breakfast wasn't free. I assume that's a corporate decision, and it shouldn't reflect on the great staff there.
