After half an hour on hold, I finally became caller number one, only to sit there for about five minutes before hearing they had unusually high call volume and couldn’t take my call. What a waste of time and completely unprofessional. There are plenty of parks that actually respond, so these clowns will probably go out of business or get bought by a better one. Good riddance.

We booked and paid for a site online, got confirmation, then arrived to find the office locked with nobody there, even though the website said it should be open. We drove around until we found our spot, which meant leaving the park and turning around to come back in. Trees blocked the slide-outs, and even after moving the trailer as far forward as we could, the water spigot still stuck out about two inches into the way. The wooden cover wouldn’t come off, and getting the slide-out clear would’ve meant moving another two feet to the end of the road, so we didn’t use it. The restroom code also failed every time we tried it that night. A nice guy walking his dog helped us get in. In the morning, vehicles were left across the road at the end, and nobody answered when we knocked on the doors of the two RVs blocking us. It took about 15 minutes of inching back and forth to maneuver the trailer past them. You need a small truck and trailer to get around this lot.

The park is falling apart because of the management company, RV Inn Style. They let go of staff who knew how to run things, and now the maintenance guy is expected to make the whole place perfect on his own. They also dropped the landscaping company to save money, so the grounds aren’t being cared for. There’s no office manager while they look for replacements, because they fired people without sending anyone to keep things running. The laundry machines are broken, but fixing them is the rental company’s responsibility, not the maintenance guy’s. RV Inn Style, do better. Bring our managers back and give them a raise for dealing with your unreasonable expectations, or send someone from corporate to see what’s happening. People here have told you repeatedly that the company is responsible for the park’s decline, not the staff who were running it the way you wanted. Firing the people who knew the situation right before the busiest time of year made no sense.

When we first moved in, it seemed like a nice place and everyone was friendly. Now there’s nobody working here except a maintenance man. The grounds need a lot of attention, with tall weeds, dead grass, and dead trees, and the sites are narrow, just eight feet between RVs. You can hear the neighbors having sex. If you leave anything outside, the cats pee on it. The maintenance man has hit on me twice and also on our married neighbor. That’s really unprofessional.
