Lake Texoma Lodge and Resort

We were at the “big house,” so I can’t speak to the cabins. It worked well for four fishermen, and it’s very close to lake Texoma. The on-site restaurant was decent for what it is, with a limited menu and a pretty good bar. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it, so I can’t rate it. I’d stay here again on my next fishing trip.

We spent our honeymoon here on May 8, 2021, and our cabin was lovely, with all the amenities and a beautiful layout. There’s a great pool and hot tub next to an outdoor bar. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about this place. We’ll definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were clean, and the food at the on-site tiki lounge was great. The bartender was hot!

When I booked the cabin, nobody told me check-in wasn’t until 4 o’clock. They charge so much per day, and since a day has 24 hours, I feel like I should’ve been able to check in earlier and have time to settle in and enjoy what they offer. It was also very hot, and we had a few elders with us who had to sit in 100-degree temperatures from noon until around 3:30. That didn’t sit well with me. Overall, it was just okay, and I don’t think I’d do it again.
