We stayed in the mini motel and were pleasantly surprised by how warm and comfortable it was, even on chilly nights. The beds were super comfy, and the sheets and blankets felt better quality than what I’ve had at major chain hotels. It was small and affordable, but fairly well done for a cozy campground in a small town. In the morning we got coffee at the office and sat by the fire with the site manager, Kentucky Dave, and his little pupper Willow. He was welcoming and friendly. The WiFi signal in the mini motel rooms was good, too. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

If you have an EV, don’t come here. You’ll pay for the space and for EV charging, so be ready for it to get expensive. The other RV park, 5 miles away, has 50 amp hookups for charging.

The location is stunning, and this is a great RV park with easy access to Lake Meade South Basin and Grand Canyon West.

I showed up without a reservation, but they found room for me. Everyone I met was nice, and it’s a great place to get some peace and quiet with off-road trails nearby.

A perfect spot for people who like life at a slower pace. The views and stars are absolutely amazing, and the beds are super comfortable. We had an awesome stay.
