Sara at the Sports Bar is always happy to help us figure out our promotions and suggest something to eat. The food comes quickly, tastes good, and is reasonably priced. We also like the roomy non-smoking area and the range of options there. The employees are friendly and often go out of their way to help. We enjoy visiting Spokane Tribe Casino, especially with its generous promotions for military members, veterans, and seniors. We haven't stayed at the hotel yet, but we're planning to soon. Highly recommend!
We only went to the casino and had a great time. The crowd and staff both had a friendly, community feel, and the service was welcoming. I'd come back. The one disappointment was that there weren't any card game tables open in the non-smoking section.
The pool had a relaxing feel and a modern, upscale look. In the room, the bed and furnishings were comfortable enough, and the shower was wonderful. I did miss having a microwave and a proper coffee pot. There was only a single-cup Keurig, though the staff brought up a microwave when I asked, and it arrived in a timely way.
I was betting $200 to $250 or more per spin at Roulette, but the Dealer and the Fill-in Pit Boss covering for the regular supervisor openly complained and whined about handling $1 chips. They wanted me to use $5 chips because it was easier for them. I bring $5,000 to $10,000 per session, and it's my money and my choice how to manage my bets. Staff putting their convenience ahead of basic hospitality at that level of play is unacceptable and bad for business. I've played consistently at Spokane Tribe Casino, but the disrespect I got on February 14th, between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM, was the last straw. A fill-in supervisor didn't want to do the manual work his job required, and management lost a high-action player. I've moved my play to other properties in the area. I suggest management review the surveillance footage from that time slot to see how staff are driving away customers. I won't be back.
The pool was incredibly clean and had a unique design. We went around 7pm, and there were no children, which made for a quiet visit. The water was cool but comfortable, and the large spa was clean and just the right temperature. We slept soundly afterward, though I regretted being too tired to gamble. Our room was elegant, clean, and quiet, with easy temperature control. Fresh water and coffee were waiting for us, the walk-in shower was inviting, and the bed was soft and comfortable. Check-in was amazingly easy, especially since this was our first stay at the hotel. The cafe was clean, service was quick, and our cheerful, efficient waitress served chicken parm and fish and chips cooked to perfection. Every employee we passed was friendly and chatty. At 5am, the hotel provided an Uber to the airport right away, with no waiting. They also invited us to leave our car there. The free long-term parking lot was well lit and under surveillance. It was a perfect start to our vacation.
